We have x4 different shipping options, and plenty of ways to get your orders to you free of charge ...
1. FREE Local Delivery
We offer free door-to-door delivery for all orders - whatever your order value - to the following postcode areas: BN1, BN2, BN3, BN6, BN7, BN8, BN9, BN10, BN41, BN42, BN45, TN22, RH15, RH16, and RH17. We aim to get your delivery to you before beer o'clock each Friday. Please note that last orders for current week delivery is midnight each Wednesday; if you order after this time, then your delivery may fall into the following week.

2. FREE Mainland UK Delivery for Orders over £45
We offer free DHL courier delivery to all mainland UK addresses, if you spend more than £45. Deliveries normally arrive within 48 hours.
3. FREE Click and Collect from the Brewery - Thursday PMs
We offer a free click and collect service, direct from our brewery. Collections are Thursdays between 4pm and 6pm. Our address is: Blackbird Brewing Ltd, Little Goldsmiths Farm, Beechy Road, East Sussex, TN22 5JG.
4. Standard Mainland UK Delivery for Orders under £45
We offer a standard DHL courier delivery to all mainland UK addresses for all orders under £45. Deliveries normally arrive within 48 hours and the cost is around £8.50.

We try to respond to all queries within 2-4 days, Monday-Friday.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
As per above, local orders will be delivered before beer o'clock on Friday afternoons. For rest of UK, we aim to get your orders to you within 1-2 working days.
What does shipping cost?
Delivery is free of charge for all local orders and orders over £45. You can also collect your order direct from the brewery on Thursday afternoons. (See above for details.) Delivery prices for rest of UK will depend on size/weight of order, but as a general rule of thumb a box of six beers is around £8.50. Once an order rises above 20kg, then the delivery price will rise on a sliding scale - but at this weight, you're probably into free shipping as your order value will be more than £45.
We always do our best to make shipping as cost effective as possible - and we never make a profit on courier costs.
I haven’t received my order, what do I do?
If your parcel hasn’t arrived after three working days of receiving your shipping notification, please check your tracking information supplied. If you have further issues, please get in touch with us on email@example.com.
Will I need to sign for my order?
Yes. If there is no-one at home, the driver will leave a calling card.
Can I add an item to an existing order?
Unfortunately this is not something our system allows us to do.
If you would like to return an item please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of placing your order. We reserve the right to refuse a refund.
Any returned items will need to be sent back to us in their original condition. Once the returned item is received and checked, we will process your refund within three working days. You will receive credit back into the same account you paid with within 5-10 business days.
If the item you have received is damaged or faulty we will require photographic evidence of any damaged goods.
If your items are damaged upon receiving the order, then you can always refuse the delivery. In this case, please inform the courier - they will then arrange for the parcel to be returned for us to process your refund.
We cannot accept responsibility for a failed delivery if you’ve provided an incorrect address.
